Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of okdoc, an AI-native electronic-signature service available at okdocai.com (the “Service”), operated by okdoc (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

okdoc lets you generate documents with AI, upload your own PDFs, add signature and data fields, send documents for electronic signature, collect payment after signing, and track the process. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Certain features consume credits or require a paid plan. Prices are shown before purchase and are charged through our payment processor. Unless stated otherwise, payments for credits are one-time and non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Sumit (OfficeGuy); we do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Electronic signatures and legal validity

okdoc provides electronic signatures intended to be legally binding under applicable law, including the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001, and comparable frameworks such as the EU eIDAS Regulation and the US ESIGN Act.

Each completed document is sealed into a tamper-evident PDF that includes a certificate of completion and a SHA-256 fingerprint, together with an audit trail (timestamps, IP addresses and signer details). You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are appropriate for your particular use and jurisdiction.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload or generate (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and deliver the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and content of the documents you send, and for obtaining the consent of recipients.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purposes, to send spam, to impersonate others, to forge signatures, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademarks are owned by okdoc and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any okdoc intellectual property to you other than the right to use the Service as permitted.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. okdoc is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. On termination you may request export of Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo will have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service. Questions: support@okdocai.com.
