# okdoc > okdoc is an AI-powered proposal-to-close and e-signature platform. One place for the whole path from a quote to a closed deal: **Create → Send → Track → Sign → Close**. Describe the deal in a sentence and okdoc's AI writes the document, sends it by WhatsApp or email, shows you exactly how the client engages with it, collects a legally binding electronic signature and takes the payment. Close.** ## The five beats - **Create**: describe a quote, proposal or contract in one sentence and the AI drafts it. Or upload an existing PDF and the AI maps the signature and data fields for you. - **Send**: deliver by WhatsApp or email, to one signer or several, in sequence or in parallel, with optional OTP identity verification and an offer or urgency timer. - **Track**: see what happens after you hit send.
